Two things:

1. I like this idea Punk. Im all for it.

2. Weezy- Wow man way to state your point without contradicting yourself or making wild accusations even using something that did not have Lebron in it to prove your point. Nice.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Finally they are going to discuss what I have been saying since they brought in reviews: have an off court official who knows how to use technology review it really fast.
Every time I begin to ask, "Is he really as great as I think he is?" ...He proves that he is.
Every time I begin to wonder...He proves it...That is why I won't lose hope in him.
You know who I am talking about.

The NBA has expanded use of replay to review block/charge calls for next season. Will be limited to those in no-charge zone.

^I'm assuming this only applies in the last 2 mins of the game like other nba reviews?

Jared Zwerling of ESPN wrote:On Thursday, the NBA Board of Governors approved five rules changes for the upcoming 2013-14 season. Each of them was recommended by the NBA’s Competition Committee at its meeting on June 12.

The first three involve instant replay, which now be can used:
When reviewing a block/charge play to determine whether the defender was inside or outside the restricted area, officials will now be permitted to reverse a charge call, or uphold a blocking call, when the defender was outside the restricted area but was not set when the offensive player began his upward shooting motion.
To determine whether an off-ball foul occurred before or after a player has started his shooting motion on a successful shot attempt, or before or after the ball was released on a throw-in.
During the review of any instant replay situation to permit the officials to assess the appropriate penalties of any unsportsmanlike and unnecessary acts (e.g. flagrant fouls) that are observed during the instant replay reviews.

Additional rules modifications include:
On clear path to the basket fouls, it will no longer be considered a clear path foul if at any point before the foul is committed the defender who commits the foul is positioned ahead of the offensive player in the frontcourt.
A team on offense will lose possession if its player leaves the floor and does not immediately return to the floor, unless he is injured, attempting to save the ball or in other extenuating circumstances.

Why wouldn't a player return to the floor if he wasn't injured or diving for a loose ball and went out of bounds??? I don't understand that last one...

I don't get the clear path change either. Was it ever a clear path foul when the defender is ahead of the offensive player when he commits the foul?
