Suns trying to get Kobe?

Postby KING KOBE 8 on Thu Jan 08, 2004 8:54 am

kobes number 1 option is la we all know that.
i really think with the case and all the fan support in la, this is the only place for him. the fans around the league have let him hear it. so he knows where his home is...
thats not ruling out the clippers...???

I hear the Suns are trying to drop even more cap room, the current rumor I heard is: Suns and Jazz make a trade. Gugliotta, draft pick, and cash for Clark. The Suns would then release Clark, to free up some more room.

If Clark does get released, should we try and sign him? He sure would be a nice backup for Shaq. He's tall and has long arms.

I am sure Mitch would be willing to carry a 15 player team if we could get someone like him, so if anything like our current situation happens, we would be in a lot better position.

Clark would be a nice addition. Who here has seen him dunk on Shawn Bradley one time? It was posted awhile ago like the "top 10 Dunks on Shawn Bradley" His dunk shows how long his arms are. You'll understand if you see the clip

another reason the Suns are trying to clear cap room, is because they REALLY want Nash back. I guess they think if they offer him the right amount they could be able to pry him away from Dallas after this season.
