If he can get it together he would be a much better backup than Blake. There's really not much Blake does that's better than Duhon. Unlike Blake he's not afraid to shoot and he seems like a capable passer. Hopefully D'Antoni gives him a fair shot at earning the backup spot.

He should start this Fri if Blake is out, Morris is not very good right now....he kinda reminds me of Shannon, dribble dribble dribble, but dont go no where and kills most of the shot clock

Duhon should have been the starter, easily...he's a veteran that knows the game at least, Morris is barely learning the game, you don't throw him out in his first start vs the Spurs...

he made some really stupid plays last night, seems more in control than steve blake at time but Blake seems to be the better player.

Blake > Duhon > Morris.

Blake's D is better than both. Familiar with team too. But Duhon has shown a lot of good things...drive and kick and 3 point shot. so I hope Duhon gets mins when Nash is back

Duhon>Blake, because he can hit an open 3, the bar is that low.

I thought he had a better preseason than Blake and deserved the backup PG minutes. Seeing him play tonight just re-affirmed that.

We'll see... As much as I agree, D'Antoni sounded like he had a huge man crush on Blake during his intro presser.

Thought his defense on Deron was solid in the 4th, ended the game with 4 points on 2-3 shooting, 3 assists, took care of the ball well, good game.

Morris was getting scorched by Dwill. His D slowed down Williams. Props for that.

duhon. just a non-spectacular, serviceable point guard. he does his job, and for that he deserves his props.

i still like him as the primary backup to nash.

I agree, very composed during tough situations, and a world of difference between him and Morris tonight.

It ain't saying much, but he's our best option as backup PG, even with a healthy Blake.

solid towards the end. he can really be a solid backup to Nash. both him and nash played under dantoni and i really think that is a huge deal.

once nash is back i think he;ll play backup. Dantoni loves blake though so idk but im hoping. good game from him considering what hes put out there to do. have to be happy with what he did
