"The Pacers are working on a sign-and-trade that would send Al Harrington and Austin Croshere to Milwaukee for Payton."

But I highly doubt anyone would want Austins contract.

That ain't goin down. The Bucks could get so much more with the cap room that Payton would free up for them.
Slava laughed at the suggestion his skills might be affected by the down time. "Are you kidding?" he said. "Basketball is like ball. It's all a circle."

Just look at the bucks roster. They are filled with big guys that are soft.
Kukoc, Prysbilla, Joe Smith, Gadzurik, do I need to go on???

Why would they want two more???

They will be looking for a 2 guard and a bruising power forward if they were going to work that deal. The only way the Bucks would take that would be a three team deal where they wouldn't be stuck with Austin's pathetic contract.

The Bucks might look to Atlanta for Jason Terry and Theo Ratliff; however, I think GP only wants to play for a contender. Another possibility is Portland; however, if GP thinks they will ever be a contender as long as the lakers are out there, he's as crazy as mo for taking that pitiful job

Anyway, Long live Will Smith (aka Robert Horry), he saved our [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] many times, I just hope we son't be seeing any of those daggars ungainst the purple and Gold.

Peace out
