If that's MWP, that's an ejection/suspension. Refs didn't see it, so nothing happened in the game. He better be glad he missed, though.

WOW he got so lucky that he missed!! That's even worse than MWPs elbow on James Harden in my opinion. He won't get suspended though because he missed. If the NBA doesn't take action, it just shows how stupid and inconsistent they are when it comes to things like this. Even though JR Smith missed, his full intention was to take a full swing at Sefolosha, and that could have led to serious injury! The NBA will only take action if someone gets hurt though. Pretty dumb if you ask me. I honestly feel like that's equivalent to what MWP did on Harden so he should serve 5 games of suspension! If the NBA doesn't suspend him 3-5 games minimum, that is a load of CRAP! That's like the police not arresting a man who tried to rob a liquor store because he completely failed to escape before the cops got to the scene of the crime? It doesn't make any sense! I'm starting to really hate the NBA.

JR isn't a loved guy in the league but I bet he gets nothing for that but maybe a fine at max.

More annoying inconsistency from the NBA.

I just remember Kobe getting suspended twice for hitting someone accidently during his jump shot follow through. This is way worse, even if it didn't hit and of course nothing.

how does he NOT get punished for that?
