Warrior's to Debut New Alt Jerseys...

Tonight against the Spurs.

The new jersey is much less a T-shirt than the next phase in the evolution of basketball apparel.
It's being called the "adizero NBA short sleeve uniform system." And Adidas boasts it as a revolutionary marriage between performance and aesthetics.
The uniforms are 26 percent lighter than their traditional counterparts, which Adidas said its research revealed was most important to players. They come with the ever-popular moisture-absorbing feature. The sleeves are made with stretch fabric that wraps 360 degrees around the shoulder to ensure full range of motion, because anyone who has played basketball knows how a T-shirt's sleeve can interfere with a jumper.
The shorts — which have pinstripes inspired by the Bay Bridge — have been modernized, too. The stretch woven fabric, pricked with thousands of holes, make the bottoms as lightweight and airy as ever.

I have a feeling the majority of people wont like them at first, but I personally like them. Baggy jerseys are counter productive to what you would want - light stream lined jerseys more conducive to performance.

They should have like tear away sleeves. Wouldn't it be even lighter without sleeves.

Terrible. The sleeves are awful, and I don't like super tight jerseys (or any clothing for that matter)

Sweaty armpit shirts FTW. At least they're not grey. :man10:

i dont mind them. the tighter fit is better imo. i remember bynum a few times would have his shirt untucked and it was so baggy/long it went basically to the bottom of his shorts...this is a waaaay better look than that

Can't wait to see Glen Davis put that on.

I bet 10 bucks they have to cut it off him after games.

I like the jerseys, especially the sleeves... just keep the form-fitting garments away from the "crotchal region"

Image

The shorts design is ridiculous though. Why pinstripes?! And that shade of yellow doesn't even match the jersey.
There are two teams that play in the Staples Center:
the LA Lakers and NBA Clippers.

Ugly. And lol at the reason being so fans can rep their teams without having to wear a jersey. Who the hell is gonna want to wear a compression shirt on a casual day?
Every time I begin to ask, "Is he really as great as I think he is?" ...He proves that he is.
Every time I begin to wonder...He proves it...That is why I won't lose hope in him.

^ I wear tight fitting shirts every day...

I like it and I like the direction of the NBA. Who cares if the fatties look stupid wearing them? They look stupid anyway. C'mon, how anyone in the NBA can possibly be over weight is ridiculous. I'm looking at Eddie Curry, Glen Davis, and to some extent Paul Pierce.

As long as the pants don't get too tight, I'm cool with it.
