How many games does he get for that? MWP got a game for not throwing a punch that didn't connect. This was a clear punch that did.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

He has to get at least 2 games. If not it will continue the "joke" the league office already is.

artest got a game solely based on his reputation. his punch wasn't much of a punch at all

Bynum suspended 1 game for striking Hansbrough


NEW YORK (AP) -- Detroit Pistons guard Will Bynum has been suspended one game without pay by the NBA for striking Indiana forward Tyler Hansbrough in the stomach during a game against the Pacers.
The suspension was announced in a release Sunday night by Stu Jackson, the league's executive vice president of basketball operations.
The incident occurred with 8:39 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Pistons' 90-72 loss to the Pacers on Saturday at the Palace of Auburn Hills Bynum will serve his suspension Monday when the Pistons host the Atlanta Hawks???

One game :man10: Kobe accidentally hits a guy he gets one game, Bynum gets angry and punches a guy in the stomach and he gets one game. I don't see how they're equal. And that's not even mentioning MWP's 5 game elbow celebration suspension.
