1972-73 76ers went 9-73, opened their season with 15 straight losses, and had losing streaks of 20, 14, and finally 13 to end the season.

The Sixers own web site admits how bad they were, quote: "The team set the standard by which bad NBA teams would be judged for years to come."

1992-93 Mavericks went 11-71.

I feel as if this thread was brought up due to the Magic's current hurrendous record of 1-15.

I can almost guarantee they will make a trade or some sort of upgrade to the team to start gaining some wins. Because if they won't, they're on a great role at becoming the worst team with the worst reg. season record in leauge history.

For some reason I though the Clipps had a more worse record than that... Didn't the Clips barely get by a few years back.. Like back in 98 or something...

In 1994-95 and 1997-98 The Clippers had 17-65 seasons, and were only 12-70 in 1986-87.

The Clippers wen't to the playoffs 3 times in the 90's.

1996-97 - 36-46 - lost 0-3 in the playoffs.
1992-93 - 41-41 - lost 2-3 in the playoffs.
1991-92 - 45-37 - lost 2-3 in the playoffs.

Clippers been to the playoffs 6 times in 33 seasons. Losing all in the first round.
