Fire Mitch and beg Jerry West to come back. Mitch is the worse Gm we have ever had. He has done nothing to help the team. I think he is being paid off by other teams to keep Kobe and the lakers out of it..

Seriously though he traded Shaq, who was the most dom. player in the league at the time. What did he get. West would have made a better deal than Lo and 2 player we never kept. Wade was a rookie, he should have atleast demanded Wade. I mean we gave up Shaq.

Since then he has passed on Kidd, JO, or any other trade that could help improve us NOW. Kobe is in his prime and the help of one player away from contending for another ring. When Kobe tries to involve his teammate they miss open shot. He needs atleast one other star to help.

Fisher isnt it. Neither is Karl. Not when teams like Denver, suns, celt, dallas all have multiply allstar talent. Even with all the injuries Kobe has managed to carry us into the playoff and contend. Imagine if he had a true point guard who could hit a open shot when they double up or triple up on him, like Kidd, or Nash. Or even a healthy Sf Pf who can score some points everynight, like JO. Or some defensive like Artest.

Artest would be our Rodman, Jo/Pipen, and everyone know kobe can score/take over a game, hit 3’s and play with the passion of like Mj and make maricle shots. Get him some help already.
