Club Celtics GM Sim Leauge

Did CL ever have something similar? if so or if not, would it work over here?
it's largely successful and popular over there..
in fact the majority of the activity and discussion by far takes places in that section and all those threads..
it's really crazy actually.. quite the opposite of CL..
the oc, discussion, other sports, gallery, etc are quite dead while all the sim threads are crazy busy! hah..
