KB24 will be implementing some staff changes soon to help with moderation of the forums, as well as some sitewide changes that you'll see rolling out over the next few weeks.

thanks guys.... I hope to be able to live up to the expectations aqs BDG and JSM have set the bar very high.

First of all I really hope JSM is fine and coming back soon...I don't want to be his successor but rather his comrade. It seems like after 7 years and 50K posts, I will now been given the responsibility to make this a better platform for Laker fans...and I can only promise to give it all I have and hope it will be good enough. I feel blessed though to be given a chance to really do something thats news worthy.

We do have a great site, we do have great members and we do have a platform thats alive, active and has a high quality...I have never been on other Laker forums, not only because of my love for CL, but also because I never felt like you have the freedom to be yourself and still be respected on a forum.

What seperates CL from other forums is that we are lenient, we allow everyone to be himself and still be welcomed here...basically, that was the idea when CL created Clublakers...he wanted exactly that. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

well anyway, I will have a lot of changes coming up. Clublakers have slipped up a little bit because JSM has not been around. I have to thank BDG to pick up some of the slack for us and I hope BDG will keep being my advisor, as he has been for years now.

So thank you everyone for your love and your support. Thank god I'm cool with most members here and I really enjoy the challenge to be able to do even more for my peers. As you know I live in Germany, so its really tough to contribute anything for the Lakers but this is an opportunity for me to contribute something as a lifetime fan.

We will soon have some new mods, remove some old mods and there will be new ways to express yourself here on clublakers, stay tuned and please give me the support that I need to make CL a better place. A forum is never as good as its admin, but as good as its members collectively. I will be as good as you are and CL will also be as good as we are so I hope everyone feels responsible for this site as much as I do.

I have always felt the love on CL and I hope that I can give something back. To you all, to the staff and the admins.

Last but not least I want to thank CL / BDG for having so much trust in me. I have a great group of guys around me that will help making CL a better place.

I will have an open ear for ANY idea, suggestion, criticism, ...nobody is perfect and nobody knows everything better. So please feel free to send me a PM anytime you want to and I hope to return a message within 48 hours at the very latest.

I'm not much of a regular here, but I do lurk a lot from time to time. I have seen the posts you make and they are all very intelligent and get across to the members. From what I have seen, you will do a great job here. From a peon here to the new site Admin, congrats. :P
