Why is CL not capable of this feature? IMO, it's way batter than having links for vids.

It's installed on www.clubspurs.com/forums already ...

We probably could do it here, basically one pro and one con.

Pro: Easier viewing of youtube videos
Con: Slower page load times (a bit)

If it's popular enough and you guys want this feature installed, I'll contact commish.

I love when forums have embedded videos so yes I'm in favor of this. It's just plain easier than going to a link and the slower page loading won't bother me because it'll only been in a few threads where there are videos.

I can only imagine the stupid stuff people would post. I think the cons (that) HIGHLY overshadow the pros (seeing a dunk we've ALL seen before).

Can you imagine the stuff that would be posted in OC? The threads themselves are irrelevant; I can't imagine what it would be like if people could post VIDEOS instead of those random pictures people post.

^^^ Agree to disagree. The majority of CL members feel the OC is fine as it is anyway. We can't try and be so picky/detail crazed to perfection on everything. OC ain't supposed to be all organized and military status like that anyway. It is what it is. A nice breath of fresh air relaxing chillaxing comfortable environment, or atleast it should be, and again, it is to the majority, but respected are all opposing opinions as well.

Therefore as far as how this relates to the embedded videos feature being inserted, in my opinion, we would have to worry way more about the use of this function in LD than the OC as the reasons I stated in my first paragraph correlate to my argument for the motto of more leniency in the OC since it's not meant to be as SERIOUS a place overall as LD.

Well, I believe the video's don't start playing unless you click on them so it's not like they'd start loading up and you'd have to watch them. It'd be no different than it is now except instead of a link it's an embedded video, you still have to click on it to see it and you can choose to ignore it.

you know if you have flashblock or scriptblock on it wont load the data until you tell it to...
