How do I change my ID + add Custom Member Title?

Like the question suggests, how do I change my ID? I remember reading a thread about changing ID before but I can't remember.

And as for adding Custom Member Title by donating, the link below the top ad banner doesn't seem to work.

You can PM BDG or JSM to change your user name. Same with the custom title.
