How come the "top overpaid athletes" thread was locked?

I didn't have anything else to say specifically, just curious to why it was locked because it seemed like we were having a civil debate.

we were having a civil debate, yes...but bynum is not close to being the most overpaid athlete (made the thread useless) and the discussion was about something that didn't necessarily belong to that thread. We have some other Bynum topics about his performences.
