How to get the Avatar upload to properly work.

Hey guys, I noticed some things.

1. If you try to upload your image from your comp, 99.9% of the time it's unsuccessful.

2. However, if you upload the image to a website first, then upload it from the site, it works perfectly.

Just thought I'd share that with you guys for the ones that are having problems...

So how would we upload an image as our avatar while linkin it here? I know linkin and all, but were would we place the link when we wanna upload it?
