Staff? Actually clublakers mods are just one person w/ schizophrenia... only sleeps 2 hours per day. It's sort of like Fight Club, just with Lakers instead of beatings.

I like the PM system, it's great! And it's easy to manage too. It's a wonderful feature. I rarely need to goto my email anymore.
