Image coding error?

Image coding error?

Postby Kasumi on Mon Oct 20, 2008 6:28 pm

There is an image error (box with red x) that says 'No new posts' next to several forums:
Lakers Trade Rumors
Lakers Training Camp
Fantasy Sports
Hoop Gear
The Purple Carpet
Good Call

The purple/gold basketball shows for each of these forums, then the image error and then the forum name. Looking at the HTML coding, I found this script which seems to be the error:

<img src="./JSM" alt="No new posts" />

Can this be fixed?

"Basketball reasons" is as believable coming from Mitch Kupchak as it was coming from David Stern. #IWantedPhil

I thought this was just me. I see it too, but thought maybe it was just my filter on the computer at home at first, but it happens at work too.

It is caused by altering the forums. I believe all those forums either have a sub-forum or a set of forum rules at the top of the page.

I contacted CL about it when I first noticed it. I'm sure it's on his list of things to tinker with.

I hate when an image is posted and all I see is the word "image". I guess you could fool a lot of people with that too.

Try refreshing or there could be an issue with the photo itself. Typically when I've encountered that problem it's a loading issue.
