KingCarter15 can't log in. need help

He just im me on msn, here's what he said:

I tried to retrieve my password when I try to log in but when I write my username and email (s), it does not recognize any of them.. What do I do then?

any way you can help me get back in the forums... I was just in yesterday by the way

I just need to get a new password so i can log in

my password was one of the generated one

so I just use Firefox to remember my password

this once happened to me, quite controversial, won't get into details, but MadMax thankfully to this day, SAVED me, I even had to talk through the kobe lean like a cholo youtube video to get through to CL.. thanks again max.

What is his screen name? KingCarter15 does not exist.

He used to post in the theater section under KingCarter. I don't recall him using KingCarter15.
