So many locked threads concerning McCain

Don't know about all of the threads I can tell you the one in NBA discussion was closed b/c it went way off topic and should have been in OC. However I have to look at the others. As for complaining haven[t' heard any from my end so most likely they were derail. However have to see the topics first before I could give you a definitive answer.

One thing I don't understand is why a few OT posts in a thread aren't just deleted, particularly in one like the Marbury thread where it had gone back on topic. Or the topic moved to OC.

Depends on the moderater. If they feel this topic is too off topic and has potential to go back off topic then they will just kill the thread.

Any topic containing praise for Obama should be locked immediately. It's wrong to give people false hope when you are incapable of delivering.
