Move the Royal Room up

I think it was John that mentioned in another thread that the Royal Room isn't getting visited as much because it's so far down on the Forum Index, so members don't see when there's a new post.

Can the mods please move the RR up somewhere in between LD and OC.

I agree, it should be like right below Open Court probably. It's basicaly a different form of Open Court. Either that or it should be at the top in the Lakers Community section so it can be seen.
