"OMG NO WAY!!!" Talking Smilie Ad

I am not sure if anyone else has noticed but there is a new annoying audible ad that says "omg no way!!!" Is there anyway to remove it. Honestly I get startled when I hear it because I don't expect it.

Do people seriously see the ads while online? If so, something is seriously wrong with them.
