Redirecting Advertisements

I keep getting redirected to advertisers on webpages that say "Please take a moment to visit our sponsors" and it's adds for "Free GAS Cards!!!!!!!" and "Take this survey". It's getting amazingly annoying because it is happening about every other page I click on. It's only happening on CL. This is one of the sites that keeps popping up: http://76.74.254.201/i2210100/h.html . I literally can't surf CL because they happen so frequently, honestly I've been trying to post this for the last 10 minutes but they kept popping up. Anybody else experiencing this or know how to fix it?

I experienced it a couple of weeks ago for about a day or two and then it went away. But today it came back and its doing it everytime i go to a thread. Its very annoying. :bang:

This is probably just one bad apple on a network... I'm turning off a network that I think may be delivering that sort of ad without filtering first.

Thank you clublakers but it is still happening to me as of 3:30 pm cst. When I to reply or login I get the ad four times, so I have to click the back button on my browser until it goes away. But one time I was typing a post and it interrupted me and went straight to the full screen ad again. I'll see if I can find a better ad blocker or something but thanks for helping.

For real I haven't gotten them since the afternoon before 6, but I was getting the ads like crazy though so I had to log off for three or four hours. Seeing that you all are getting the ads now, I probably will get some in a few minutes but I hope not. I use Mozilla Firefox and it happened to me too. I even logged on my mac with safari and had problems.

Yea I am using Safari for the Mac, with a pop-up blocker and am still getting them like crazy.

I haven't seen them yet this round, but when I saw them a few weeks ago it was with Firefox.

Ok, I paused almost everything that is somewhat new. Let's see if we can go two days with no funny business, then I'll start turning them on one by one to find the culprit.

Ok, so I think we successfully found the glitch. ....but now I have to turn them back on one by one to see where they are coming from. I kinda hate to do that....

I'm think I'm gonna leave it alone for now, I'll mess with it next month.

Now I'm getting a yellow bar saying "Internet Exporer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options..."

I go to another page, get the ping and yellow bar again, and again. and again and again.............
