Ahh, I see you want to live the life of a moderator.

Only moderators can "moderate" the forums. It's our duties to handle this tough responcibility. But I like the attitude!

I'm not saying I want to be a mod but it would be nice if the mods delete all threads with no replies and all locked threads. That way we clean the clutter out of the forums.

Interesting. I'd like to see those forums...

Here, we let the moderators dictate what shall be deleted. If anyone could delete/edit posts, this forum, as well as any other, would be complete chaos.

I think he just wants to delete his own post if he posts it to the wrong thread or forum.

We allow editing of your own posts, but not deletion. Why? I dunno... tired now, but I'm pretty sure there was a good reason. Anyone else know?

I believe you are allowed to delete your own post as long as there are NO replies under it. Once someone replies, I believe you are now allowed strictly to editing your own posts.
