Los Angeles will NOT win a title this year, unless changes are made. Some suggestions:keep Derek Fisher on the bench at crunch time (defensively). Need to trade Andrew Bynum (not a team player-as evident by choosing a vacation over surgery) and is injury-prone. Pao Gasol is most-overrated big man in league; his softness in the paint is a liability. Maybe offer both to Orlando for Dwight Howard (preferrably though for someone who can hit free-throws). We also need a 3pt specialist. Maybe offer Walton and 2nd round pick for Kirk Heinrich (or better). Maybe we can try to get back Ariza's athleticism. Just offering some ideas. Or re-hire Jerry West!!!--a good start!
