The usergroups is an easy way for us to change permissions for a group of members. For example, if we wanted to have a "Legends Club" for all of the original members of the board, we could setup the new forum and allow only a specific group to access the new forum.
As you know I prefer to have our board a free-communication site without big-brother watching over every statement, and I don't think isolating a community of members is the fairest thing for the younger members of the board.
So, in short, we won't use the usergroups... unless anyone has any great ideas how we can use it in a form that is fair to all.
