Whats up with the permanent banner.....??

Postby GuRu on Thu Jul 08, 2004 12:48 pm

Im sure this topic will be moved but i just wanted a quick answer..

why is the CL "some strong" banner permanently at the top now? even when in different forums? It makes the actual screen size for viewing the threads smaller....anyone else not like it?

It looks GREAT on my new moniter, but it sucks on my old one. Just depends on your screen size. But you can avoid it by coming to www.clublakers.com/forums .

Some like it, some don't. Due to upcoming changes to our daily (front) page and editorials, we are going to keep the framed header... but may make it thinner in the near future.

Note I left it movable, so if you are using small monitor or low resolution you can put your cursor below the frame (you'll see arrows), and drag it up and away. ...also note that for some reason this feature is not available if using Mozilla instead of IE.

Wow, never noticed the banner at all since I first joined. I always went through clublakers.com/forums, and only today I just clicked on the Home (Refresh Menu) link.
