Why are links being cut off?

Everytime I post a link, it's cut off by some "..." thing.

Here's an example.

http://basketball.realgm.com/src_wireta ... ure_ended/

Nobody can click on it and go to the link.

I've wondered this as well. The board always seems to shorten links, which is good, but sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. And sometimes they work at first and then stop working, it's weird.
