Deal #2 in the works? Mihm/Sun for Blatche

ESPN has just briefly mentioned that the Lakers are in talks to try and acquire Washington Wizards center Andray Blatche in exchange for Chris Mihm and Sun Yue .


Next could we please trade Luke Walton and a 1st for John Salmons and call it a day

LOl, I thought Blatche was a developing C like Bynum ?
Mitch Kupchak must be some kind of jedi, to be convincing GMs to do trades like this

So far, all of the deals that came to fruition have come out of left field. Since BSPN is reporting it, I'm thinking it doesn't happen.

Why would they wanna do that? They have zero depth at C so this trade doesn't help, it just swaps a young C for a no longer useful C.

This would be such a steal. Blatche is a 22 year old PF/C that has shooting range and is pretty athletic for a guy 6-11. He would be a pretty good fit for the triangle.

If it gets rid of Mihm, I'm for it.

Is it legit? i mean did anyone else see that at espn? I don't think it will happen but Wizards own us from Butler trade so maybe it is pay back time :)

Getting rid of Kwame alone was a blessing. To add Gasol was a gift from heaven. Maybe someone was watching from above -- Oh thank you Chick! When both Kwame and Mihm were on the team, I wanted Kwame out first due to his salary. I've seen every game Mihm has played in thus far this season and he is a huge disappointment. He can't play defense, he can't rebound, he can't shoot (my grandma can make layups, Chris Mihm can't), and he can't hang on to the ball. He is Kwame's left testicle. Please get rid of him!!!

Sad to say, but yes, I would trade Mihm for both of those guys. Their combined numbers would be more than Mihm could ever produce.

As I'm sure this is Mihm's last year, I guess I might as well take this moment to say my final words on the legacy that is Christina Mihm..........I guess my only memory of Mihm, if I ever think of him again, will be that look of frustration that stays fixed on his face. Whenever he gets a foul, gets dunked on, gets out rebounded, gets pushed around, or is the victim of any other act of aggression, he always looks grossly frustrated as if the basketball gods are purposely working against him. Too bad for him that he got injured a few years ago, but truthfully he wasn't that good before the injury. R.I.P. Mihm
