Earl Boykins rumor

Is he going to be wearing stilts? Otherwise he doesn't meet Phil's height requirement for his PGs. And we already have a shoot first PG off the bench, we don't need another.

that is fine, but there was also stuff in there about James Jones, Bonzi Wells and Chris Duhon. I don't think LA will sign any of them but if Sasha or Ronny go elsewhere i could see LA trying for Jones or Wells in particular.

Knicks are rolling out the red carpet for Duhon.

I have no interest in Bonzi. I don't want to have to keep someone on the inactive list because they're out of shape. Shaq was enough of a headache.

Wouldn't mind JJ, but we'd have to clear out the logjam at SF.

This guy has to have no idea what he's talking about. Why the hell would we bring in Earl Boykins, when 1, we run the triangle, and 2, our focus is improving on defense? All Boykins can do is run around really fast and shoot.

Though it's not really part of a point guard's duty, I like to have one who can block shots when they need to.

I spend too much time studying Lakers and I haven't see Boykins linked to LA anywhere else but this column. I think sometimes these people make these rumors up to create interest in their columns.

remember we need to get tougher. earl can't block shots but he can atleast bit somebody on the ankles.

apparently you've never actually watched Boykins play. the guy is terrible. imagine Pargo with a desire to shoot even more but not nearly as talented.

trust me, i live in Colorado and got to watch this chump play for a few years. if we made the mistake of signing him, all of my friends who are Nuggets fans would never let me hear the end of it.
