but if we did get warrick i'd be excited to see him used in our system

Lakers should look for a capable backup PF and Drew is going to Dallas. So Shelden Williams might be the best one available among free agents, and that's not good.
I'm sure Mitch will do something to find one. Bynum has to play a full season this year, no matter what. He's never done it, and needs to hold up for the entire year. You can count on injuries and depth is part of LA's strength. Losing Ariza & Odom and getting only Artest back makes us a less deeper team.

I don't think he's close to as good as Odom an definitely not worth that kind of money. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player but that's too much for him.

Ammo/Farmar/filler for Diaw would be absolute steal if we can't re-sign Lamar. But I don't see why Charlotte would want Ammo back again or why they'd want Farmar since they already have Felton and Augustin.

they let go of his rights by taking off the qualifying offer.
he is an unrestricted free agent.

I know but they can still do sign and trade. No different LA doing S*T for Odom with Miami or someone.

We could get both if we wanted too as well.
