I think it's safe to say these are Blazers commentators by the biased commentating. :disagree:

But, are they doing a radio broadcast because the play by play guy is literally calling it play by play. Actually move by move. It sounds like a 70's broadcast.

yea.. theyre broadcasting on the radio. thats why during timeouts you can hear them talking.
