ebanks is struggling against walker's weight advantage but that's expected. definitely similar to the paul pierce - ariza matchup

GG is a piece of work.
Hits a couple great shots, then loses the dribble with no defender within 10 feet of him.

Caracter should be signed on his passing skills alone

16 points 9 rebounds for caracter.
8 fouls and probally as many turnovers.

Caracter ended with

16 points, 10 rebounds 8 turnovers, 8 fouls

Ebanks was just terrible.
2-13 shooting 7 points, 5 rebounds, and he had 5 of his shots blocked.

Sloppy game by everyone. Not enough teamplay and too much 1-on-1 basketball. Ebanks was completely out of sync today. No one was setting him up so he seemed to force a lot of shots. Just looked frustrated with no rhythm whatsoever.

Caracter still was somehow able to produce out there despite not having his best outting. He scrapped for his points and continues to showcase a good array of postmoves. His handles are really suspect right now. A TON of bobbles and missed catches. The good thing is he doesn't seem to lose the ball when he's doing his offensive moves, but everywhere else is another thing lol. He also seems to be a willing a capable passer, but he needs to have better awareness on the timing of his passes(lot of turnovers, same with Ebanks).

The team as a whole looked a mess. I know that they're playing in the Triangle and only had about 2 weeks to learn it, but damn! This is the worst they looked compared to the other games. But this is SL, so I'm not expexting them to like the Lakers. Guys better keep hitting the gym and work hard. Even if they are invited to camp, it doesn't mean they are making the team.

It says something, that Caracter can have an awful game, and still have a double double.

Same thing I thought as well. He did make some good passes though, especially in the post. But he has to and can play better.

Yeah. He's not igoing to take many if he makes the team.

Next game will be interesting. Pitting Caracter vs. Demarcus Cousin. I think Caracter will hold his own, but this is going to be a good test because both guys are very similar. Not super explosive, a bit undersized, and have good moves.

And can someone ask LO to learn Caracter's low post moves?

in 3 summer league games, i have seen a Dozen Kwame Moments.
And all people who have been laker fans for years, know the legend of Kwames hands.

Depends. He has good hands when he has the ball in his possession and is making his moves in the post. He has good hands in the sense that he's a very good passer. But then when it comes to catching passes, or securing a rebound...he can't seem to control the ball. Strange that he can be good at one and not the other because they usually go together. Unlike Kwame though, he has a good work ethic (dropping 40 pounds for example), so I think with our coaching staff, he could definitely improve any problem he's having with TOs.
