Non-Lakers of interest?

Non-Lakers of interest?

Are there any guys you're following on other teams in the Summer League?

I'm interested in Stephane Lasme (San Antonio) and Marcus Dove (Thunder).

I think we did, for like a day. I can't recall that he got to play at all. He's a very good defender, arguably the best perimeter defender in college two years ago. He has little offensive game. Given his build, he's a lot like Bruce Bowen.

Lasme was on the D-Fenders for awhile, put up solid numbers (he's a huge shotblocker), and then went on to some success with Miami before being cut prior to last season. He played overseas.

Keep an eye out for Cleveland second round pick Danny Green. He is a gem that Danny Ferry lucked into.

Four Piston rookies are doing well:
-Deron Washington (2008 second round draft pick, played in Israel last year)
-Austin Daye (2009 first round draft pick)
-DaJuan Summers (2009 second round draft pick)
-Jonas Jerebko (2009 second round draft pick)

Leon Powe (yeah he's injured, but he's a helluva player when he's healthy)
Shawn Livingston - A PG who possesses real court vision. Not as explosive as he used to be, but could be a better PG to run our bench unit than Farmar.
"Every time he’s hurt, he always plays, he always comes through."

I wanted us to draft this guy badly in the second round. Too bad.

Slava laughed at the suggestion his skills might be affected by the down time. "Are you kidding?" he said. "Basketball is like ball. It's all a circle."

BEST VIDEO EVER ... AND AND THE SECOND BEST.
