In Vegas: Coby Karl Knows the Keys

Hey all,

Spoke to Coby Karl after Game 1 in Vegas and asked him some specifics about what he felt he needed to do to improve his game. He thinks there's a chance for him to be a rotational player, but he's got some work to do.

Thanks BH. He was clearly the smartest, most experienced player out on the court yesterday. I liked seeing him instruct some of his teammates during timeouts, showed signs of leadership.

But if he's thinking he can become any sort of defensive stopper, I think he must be drunk. Just don't see it happening. But at least he's showing interest in D. I guess that's better than nothing.

what do you think of him as a replacement for sasha?

he just seems like a more rounded player than sasha, he can do more than one thing. offensively at least. if we lose sasha, im more than ok replacing him for karl.
