What about Lee Humphrey?

Can the Lakers use him? he can be like our steve Kerr, he has tons of experience and he's an awesome shooter he has the record for most 3's made in the ncaa tournament, he's definitely better than Sasha oh and the kid is clutch.

i wouldnt mind giving him a tryout. hes a great shooter, not a good one vs one defender but a good team defender. and yes....i would rather have him than sasha...

Yes, Humphrey is a phenomenal outside shooter in college. From a catch and shoot standpoint, he is deadly. What we have to remember is that the college three point line is shorter than the pros. Defensively, Humphrey is decent IMO from what I saw. He is a much better ballhandler than advertised. Is Humphrey better than Vujacic? From a mental standpoint, probably. Humphrey was not drafted I believe. There was talk of him playing overseas though any NBA team would be wise in giving him a look.

He really blew it by staying for another year after the first title. That was a career-ending decision. I just hope it resulted in many a groupies his senior year.

Couldn't we pretend for awhile that we aren't so desperate as to be starting threads about undrafted rookies who play no defense being a saving-grace for our USUALLY proud franchise?

I mean dude, I KNOW it doesn't feel quite as proud lately.

But at LEAST for now, we still have arguably the game's best player and aguably the game's best coach.

Can't we avoid looking like we're scratching our 3-month salt-and-pepper unwashed beard outside of a Circle-K? Crying into our 40 of Old English? Swearing to each person who stops for gas that we "are on a trip across country and JUST need a couple dollars for gas?"
