Team Culture? Malo Lakers!

The Laker’s team culture clearly defines who they are and what they are now.Yes,we do have international transplants.These ballers grew up in their country idolizing NBA superstars.FIBA’s theme is “We are Basketball”.Who invented basketball? Global competition in basketball is now evident.The world most skilled / established basketball players are now coming from all corners of the world to prove they can compete with the nation that invented basketball.

Laker’s foreign profile investments include (SG)Sasha Vujacio -6′7″, (SF)Vladimir Radmanovic -6′10 , (P)DJ Mbenga -7′ and recently acquired from Memphis,(P) Pau Gasol -7′. All have no U.S college background.And to top it off Coach PJ is a Zen Master. Salary cap …no problemo.Such international forte. Trade Luke after he recovers from his injury and bring in Marc Gasol.

As the regular season comes an end, the Laker’s will again find its way to sustain its success in entering the play-offs. PJ’s new approach on rotating a new breed of bench mobs - instead of playing thru the adversity, if they haven’t had therapy before game time, pull’em out!
