I remember dewsaw.com had NBA games last season and baseball games this season live but that website it shut down.

I dont think there are any versions of Sopcast for the Mac, a quick google search showed a lot of Mac uers unhappy not being able to use Sopcast, so i guess you will just have to wait for Revgen or CaChooka man if hes capping it....
