Either this guy is blinded by homerism or it's his first time watching basketball.

No, not yet. Keep it on NBC.

What a great game! Spain really impressed me. Navarro, Gasol, and Fernandez played amazing. They kept it close.

But Kobe . . . :lg2k3:

I think he proved (again) why he is the best player in the world.

Spain cuts it to 5 and the Spanish fans get loud. Kobe comes down, knocks down the 4 point play, and just puts his finger to his mouth silencing them.

Aside from just this game, I'm really proud of the whole team. I don't have league pass or anything so I don't get to see other NBA players play that much but I have a lot of respect from everyone on the team and involved in Team USA. Yes, even Wade and D'antoni.

I was only 7 in 2000 and on vacation during the Olympics of 2004. So this was my first real time watching Team USA Basketball and I loved how close everyone was. After those free throws by Kobe on the unsportsman like foul with under a minute ago, everyone was jumping around and hugging each other. It was just great to see everyone so happy!

I won't, we sent a good team, but they have their BEST players on their team. If we sent all of our BEST players we win easy.

Still can't get over the game, I nearly had a heart attack multiple times, just HUGE shots on both sides over and over and over. I bet that's the kind of game players like Kobe and the other dream about, going down to the wire for it all.

Completely agree.

Cachooka, anyway you upload the entire game? Or at least the 4th qtr, medal presentation? I'm sure we'd all appreciate it.

ill see what i can do.. it probably wont be HD though cause thatd take forever to upload

SD quality is fine man. Thanks in advance.

Exactly. Guys like KG, Duncan, Amare, Pierce, ect. really should be on this team.

Holy cow Batman! The Spaniards came to play! They outrebounded the Americans in this one. Rudy Fernandez is the real deal, I will be totally amazed if he does not get significant playing time with the Blazers next season. Navarro and Gasol were very good too. And Jimenez had some big 3's for them.

But ... But ... Kobe came back into the game with 8 minutes left and he got into the not gonna let them lose mentality. Steals, blocks, key assists and baskets. Gotta hand it to Wade, he had a big first half while Kobe and Lebron were on the bench in foul trouble and he made plays in the 4th too. Kobe and Lebron's foul trouble disrupted the USA rotations, but the team made it work anyway. Anthony had to guard Marc Gasol and gave as good as he got. Paul made plays too. Prince had some baskets in the first half.

Great game. Great job Spain.

You can now see why it is SSOOOOO important for those guys to spend a few years together.

Spain plays very well together, and has for years.

That was fun to watch.

Amazing, truely amazing. I've never felt more patriotic in my life. Considering the context of this match, it might have been one of the best basketball games I've ever seen.

27 years old, 15 years watching bball,

this refs sucked hard,

us wins, spain lost, they both played a great game.

Spain played much better tan US, Without the refs help Spain would win this game.

I don't care if you don't want to open your eyes, but this was embarrasing. I saw the refs calling fouls that doesn't exists to Spain only to even the game.

Congrats, let's see if someday, like years ago, US can win championships without the refs help.

And BTW, i love Kobe Bryant's game, but the MVP of the Finals is Wade. Kobe clutch shots, yes, but thanks to Wade US were winning at the end.
