Kobe is much better than Wade and even if he is compared to MJ, its kinda ridiculous...let alone Wade...

when will these 12 year old fans understand? THERE IS ONLY ONE AIR JORDAN.

MJ could have averaged 70 points during the olympics if he wanted to...he just didn't need to do more because that team was stacked.

Wade has been absolutely balling on the offensive end but I wouldn't go putting the MJ tag on him. I would have to say if anyone has been just all around balling it would be LBJ. (Let us not forget Kobe being there really frees these guys up to just gamble and play help defense)

Well Jordan only averaged 15pts on 45% FG in the 92 olympics so its not saying much.

Wade's been great so far though.

Barkley was the monster during that run. Everyone else just did the background work, which made CB's life easy.

Let's see, he's African American, about the same age and size, has a shaved head... yeah, I guess he's similar to MJ in '92.

I don't know if you would compare him to MJ, but Wade has been impressive to say the least, looks to have his explosiveness back.

He is nothing like Mike in 92 because Mike in 92 was the worlds best. But Wade has been fantastic and is looking like his old self again.
I said before that he was the wildcard that puts the team over the edge and I'll stick by it.

How dare you!!!

Michael was a GOD. He never missed, just look at the highlights on youtube!!!

Clutch Shot??? He's a 100% in those situations.

Carry a team full of Kwame's and Smush's, Radman's and Walton's??? With his left hand no problem.

BACK OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad1:
And when its all said and done, Kobe will be the greatest of all time.

mike played like crap in the 92 olympics... he chucked the ball the most while having the worst shooting percentage on the team...

Wade is truly amazing. Kobe may or may not be better, but he certainly is not "much" better than Wade.

How quick the pundits forgot about his under 20 win season last year.

I guess not that he's "healthy" again, he's the next MJ. :disagree:

They aren't pundits. The only information the op gave us was that the people making this claim on realgm, were just people on realgm.

...Or how quickly ppl forgot about how he led his team to a championship as the #1 guy.

I mean it's obvious: last year Dwyane Wade simply was not Dwyane Wade. He's back to '06 form now.

Hate him, love him...his talent and skills are undeniable. Same with Kobe.

nah, it's just that all this "insecure fan" wade hate annoys me. I'm a fan...the guy's fun to watch...check out the olympics.

It's OK though, kobe still is and will always be top player no matter what Wade does.

Honestly, Wade is playing much better than Kobe in the 2 olympic games so far.

Wade is playing amazing with high FG%.
Kobe is playing great in defensive end, but he confuses in the offensive end and the 3 point shooting.

Till now,

Wade Grade A
Kobe Grade B

Was it really necessary to write that in a size 24 font? Also, Wade has gambled like crazy on the defensive end. He and CP3 might be the worst defenders on the team.

How many of those idiots on realgm were old enough to watch the Olympics game for game in 92? I highly doubt that forum is filled with 30 year old basketball heads who know their stuff and legitately make those comparisons. Same goes for people who talk about Magic vs MJ, showtime lakers vs ____ tea, etc. If you weren't there watching those games live without knowing the outcome, then I don't want to hear it because you truly won't know how great a player is until you experience that.

No....Kobe is definitely much betetr than Wade. Wade isn't nearly as good as Lebron adn kobe is a good amount betetr than lebron so.......
Kobe Byant has brought the Lakers three championships, 4 Finals in 5 years, carried an absolutely pathetic team to the playoffs in the loaded Western Conference twice and almost upset the so-called MVP, and has given us countless thrills and memories. If you are not a Kobe fan, then you are not a Laker fan, period.
