He will most likely do well.

Some NBA team will sign Yi after this tournament...only for him to go back into hibernation after once again showing flashes. I think it's partly a mental/comfort zone thing with him but I also think it could be the fact that he's not playing against elite athletes. The guy can ball, I'm just not sure he's cut out for the NBA game, he'd be great in Europe though.

There are rumors of him going to Europe this season. Is he a FA ?

Yeah he's a FA. What I'm wondering though is how he'd fair with a solid PG to set him up or give him space to work as he's mostly played with scrubbish backcourts throughout his NBA career. Just watching him play it looks like he'd be a P&R or P&P nightmare given his surprising athleticism and his solid shooting from distance. I think it's partly a mental/comfort zone thing but part of me also wonders if we've never seen his best because he's played with crap backcourt players and because teams have simply been using him incorrectly.

One thing that I've noticed hasn't changed as far as the transition from the NBA to FIBA is concerned however is the fact that his defense is crap. lol

Spain just lost to Russia 77-74 wow. Spain was up 20-2 to star the game, squandered it, Pau let Mozgov dunk on him to give RUS 75-73 lead and then Pau got fouled, missed a crucial free throw with 5s left. Sealed it for RUS

They won't. They are a bunch of idiots, but they're not losers. After what they said about France last Eurobasket when they did it it would be ... . If they do i won't watch another game of them until this group retires.

This game against Russia was something else. [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] Scariolo, i can't understand why the chief of the basketball federation chose him in this steam prime. [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] Pau, [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] bunch of idiots. This game was lose because of pure stupidity.
