Ok, not hating on Lebron here but seriously....this is their cover person for athletes to watch in the olympics?? Ever heard of Michael Phelps? At best Lebron can win 1 medal. I think Phelps has a chance at 8

It's a cover. I'm sure Lebron on the cover would sell more than Phelps.

But yeah, in terms of Olympic Star, Phelps is up there. I'll be watching his races.

Has Kobe commented on why he isn't on the cover?

Lebron looks sleepy. Time should've taken a better picture than that.

Buisiness is buisiness and the hype machine understands Labron is on MJ level of marketing. While Phelps and that young female swimmer who's name escapes me will be the huge stories in the Olympics the multi-millionaire basketball players are more marketable.

I do find it funny that Bron is the "leader" of the team when neither he nor Wade ever showed this same level of cockiness in the two (olympic) years they got humiliated. ESPN doesn't market Kobe or Kidd the way they push James and Wade so you will always see the "King" and "D-Wade" in the headlines.
I don't always bring down the hammer but when I do it is usually to a troll! Stay TROLL FREE my freinds!

It's curious... in Spain Kobe and even Iverson are bigger stories than Lebron and Wade. And that before Pau and Kobe were teammates.
