On a more serious note: Congrats Kobe and Team USA!!! I also loved that exchange between Kobe and Pau at the end. I'm sure Kobe said something along the lines of don't worry Big Fella, we're gonna get it this year

Durant needs to be on the Lakers when Kobe retires.

Man F LeBron, Pau was the MVP of this game, he just didn't have enough help around him. Gasol was an absolute BEAST today and if he brings that kind of heart back to LA with him, 29 other teams are F'ed.

I wish Pau would play this hard every game...obviously he now takes a backseat to Howard as my favorite Laker but we see here what he is capable of.

FWIW, Chris Paul is being completely overlooked. If anyone deserves credit for leading the charge down the stretch in the 4th it's him.

Pau was great, Kobe was great, everyone came out healthy, and I am happy. Although Pau with a nasty cut above the eye thanks to LeBron.

yep ... today's game showed he's still and always a better 5 than 4 on the offensive end though ... still there was no excuse he didn't have this agression when Drew was on the bench ... he took advantage of the " I have to space the floor for Drew" argument to play soft and away from the low block all season long

seriously though, I'm also happy Rudy Fernandez is finally out of the NBA. He really is exactly what an athlete shouldn't be...a soft mentally fragile crying baby.

I was impressed with Sergio Llull, Rockets need to get him over to the states sooner rather than later. He's only 25 and is a very good defender.

I had forgotten how much I dislike him until today's game. He was the cause of every scuffle in today's game. And he didn't stop whining. I didn't think it was possible for anyone to whine more than CP3, but I think Rudy found a way.
