Administrative leave

I have read in many publications that this resort was a high class resort that upheld the privacy of all stars there. I even read somewhere that on the day of Kobe's surgery when he returned to the hotel, he and his bodyguards were playing chess in the lobby, seemingly to go unnoticed by the employees there are that is what they are trained to do. So my question to you all is if they are trained to avoid the stars, why did she go to his room after she got off work, and shouldn't she have been fired for breaking company policy? :freak2:
