Championship window of opportunity closes in 2-3 years.

Kobe, he's going to be 34 next year. He is the best player since Jordan, and will go down as one of the top 5 to ever play the game. So, it's clear that immediate changes need to be made or we will squander the remaining years of the greatest Laker ever, outside of Magic.

The question is, do the Lakers Front office have what it takes to build a championship team next year? How? Through trades, free agency, or the draft?
