Haha.. Really doesn't look too bad. Just need them to throw in Deron for Nash.

The Nets actually make a ton of sense to deal with. A deal centered around JJ+Hump+Watson for Pau+Artest+Duhon/Blake would seem to make sense for both of us.. 2 potential allstars on huge contracts underachieving in their current roles.. Even if they don't want to give up Hump, Reggie Evans, Mar$wag, CJ Watson.. They have a ton of pieces that would be good fits foing foward. JJ on the wing with Kobe knocking down 3's. Hump/Jamison both fit with Dwight & the change in pace ahead.

Nash - Kobe - JJ - Jamison - D12

Kobe could go post up as much as he wants & possibly take his FG% even higher, great spacers all around for Dwight & Kobe's iso's.. Great shooters spotting up off the pick & rolls.

At least we got Dwight, that's amazing.
Can u imagine that Andrew Bynum is still on the team, and he is going to sit at the bench whole season?

I don't see how that's relevant. Robert Sacre could give us 7 points and 4 rebounds in 39 minutes. Dwight needs to step it up.

Dwight was an absolute monster on Defense tonight. So many altered shots, Pau and Jamison cleaned up the boards. His O needs some work in finishing off 3 to 5 foot bank shots but he was the DPOY version of himself. 5 steals too. Dallas scored only 38 in 1st half

His defense was there all night. Picked up his offense in the 2nd half.

Dwight bounced back tonight. Great game from him. He's a great player so you kind of had to expect that he would bounce back. Hard to imagine a guy with his level of talent and skill having three off games in a row.

I was wondering that as well. He had developed a pretty good ban kshop and his jumper was looking good out to about 15ft.

Or maybe it just looked good against us? Lol idk

He barley even made about 10 in the whole season when he tried to, maybe less...

Glad Dwight identified what the team needs. Hopefully he'll put into practice he's saying

https://twitter.com/LakersReporter
Dwight Howard said he recognizes his biggest value to LAL = owning paint on D. Not concerned w/touches, which he said will come w/effort.

Howard said he & Gasol will get more than their fair of touches if both are aggressive/active. Ball finds energy, as D'Antoni likes to say.

He is saying the right things. Let's see if he can keep the promise. :man1:

The points will come. He can score 20 ppg without too much trouble.

just gotta make his free throws and stop getting stripped. haven't seen anyone get stripped as much as him this season. also when Nash gets back it'll be more pick and roll and not so much back to basket iso which isn't his strongest game

I think Dwight understands now what he needs to do for his particular team to be successful. On previous teams when he was in Orlando he needed to score alot because they simply lacked the talent. In L.A. this team has so many other offensive options that he just needs to focus on defense and rebounding first and offense third.
