If David Stern didn't nix the CP3 trade, this is what the Lakers might have looked like.

CP3
Kobe
Artest (MWP)
Beasley
Bynum
+ huge upgrade in bench and perimeter shooters

People seem to forget that the CP3 deal would've saved us 40 million. That is more than plenty to get some knock-down perimeter shooters. We would be the equal of the Miami Heat. The best in the East vs. the best in the west. That would've been an awesome NBA Finals.

Thanks for nothing David Stern.
