Exactly Kobe stating he had sex made the cas much easier, if I were on Kobes team, i would have them change the venue to a different city, and use the race issue. (Remember Eagle Co. Police were charged with Racial Profiling a few years back.)
The thing is the hearing may be posponed a lil, but the whole thing won't take a long time .....Like I said (Trust me) I watch court TV all the time, Once We know the evidence I can tell you if Kobe is gonna play.

Where is this picture of the victim.. Why is Kobe taking all the heat???? He was already goin to take alot of flack just cause he's a celebrity but now they are covering her and he's taking it all..
