A reporter on Fox news got tipped off my an associate close to the DA, that there will be a charge placed on Kobe to some degree, whether it be a misdeamoner (probation to light jail time) or a felony (heavy jail time..worst case scenario)...Cross your fingers Laker fans, cause that really was not good news

yeah, I know there are gonna be charges. Some man in Vail called up 1090 out here and pretty much said they were gonna charge him.

Um, he's going to jail, that's what I think. And it seems like he did something, so, that's what he deserves if that's the case.

From a super high yesterday to a super low today....It also is reported that Kobe could miss part of the Laker season next year if this goes to trial

I say he gets probation. He doesn't have any prior bad acts and the DA seems overly gung-ho about this case. Like I said, the DA has a history of overcharging suspects. I wonder what is going on in Kobe's head right now.
