Lakers in first place in Pacific Division!

Just a small reminder but with the Clippers loss tonight the Lakers are in first place in their division. Its interesting how the LA times is very quiet about this. Is it because of all the hype and talk about the changing of the guard? Wonder if we will still hear from all those sportswriters how the Lakers should make a bad deal and trade Pau Gasol for a bunch of journeymen etc. Let's hope the Lakers continue with a winning streak and win the Pacific Division and then the Western Conference and then championship!

That is true but bottom line is to win games and get the best position possible especially top 4 seed so you get more home games. I wouldn't compare any Laker team to the Jazz. Or should I say the Utah we have no championship Jazz.
