You guys do realize that Lamar Odom is only going to the Clippers to derail the organization, right? Then he'll return to Lakers next year.

Lakerholicz ‏@Lakerholicz
Lamar Odom goes to the Clippers...miss the Playoffs...CP3 doesn't re-sign, both he and Odom go to Lakers. Clippers dissolve franchise.

:man10: He took Dallas down, it's the Clippers turn now.

Deal seems to have fallen apart, but they could get it going tomorrow.

Dallas has to decide by tomorrow, otherwise they have to buy LO out at 2.4M. Mo has to decide by Saturday if he is opting in or not.

The Mavs don't want to take anything back financially and that seems to be the hiccup in the deal.

Mo Williams update: Still could happen. Nothing set, though, and Jazz backing off somewhat. Interested, but delayed situation isn't helping.

It's turning into a game between teams and agents that's being aired in public, which isn't a game Jazz usually play.

Jazz have other options and free agency's two days away. Will move on and leave deal behind if situation continues to publicly unravel.

What is it about deals that involve LO that put the kibosh on the whole thing?

Let's hope Mo's cold feet scare the Jazz away.. Sterling will only help us if he has no choice left.. He'd probably rather just not make the move than help us though

We could really use him on our team. Let's hope that deal does fall through and Sterling accepts our TPE.

doesn't seem like Mo is thrilled to be going to Utah and utah is also annoyed that this trade has been leaked and taking longer than expected to complete. Also dont think Odom would be none to pleased to be back with the clipps either.

Mo would be a good fit with LAL as the team stands. But I think Mo is overpaid for todays CBA and Mo wants to start going into a contract year. I don't know if LAL could guarantee a starting spot for Mo.

if we got him I'm pretty sure he's starting and Session would be allowed to walk.

Mo heading to Utah

Mo Williams will pick up '12-'13 option and accept trade to Utah, league source says.

Dallas and Clippers froze us out. Nicely done.

We were the 1st team reported to be willing to be the 3rd wheel to make this deal work for the other 2

The point appears to be moot, but I wasn't talking about Sessions...

Can the Jazz re-trade him to us for the TPE and a pick? :man10:

Phew! That was a close one. I am glad he went to Utah. He was so totally overrated anyway.

Laker fans were pissed when we got a 8.9 million TPE for Odom..... Dallas fans are ecstatic..... What a difference a year makes.....

I knew the dang clippers wouldn't help us out.
I hope Chauncy signes w/ us for the vet min to spite them.

CBA messed us up n seems like all the teams are determined to screw the Lakers by not trading w/ us at all costs.
